Melissa Oddi-Morrison

Visual & Creative Arts & Yoga

Melissa is a talented artist who has been an art educator for 25 years. She is also a certified yoga instructor.  She founded The Heart In Art as an inclusive environment dedicated to inspiring & supporting students with challenges.  Melissa serves as Executive Director of The Heart in Art.

Jen Paulin

 Creative Arts & Music

Jen is a musician/educator who has experience in a variety of venues.  Currently, she serves as Choir Director at St. Mark of Ephesus Orthodox Church in Kingston, MA. Jen has a Master of Arts in Education and has experience working with students of varying physical & cognitive disabilities.  Jen is a Heart in Art board member and serves as our Director of Operations.

Kathryn Schofield

Music, Movement, Academic Tutoring

Kathy has been teacher for over 35 years. Her diverse experience in elementary & early childhood education, and music includes in-depth abilities with mild, moderate & severe special needs. She has Master’s degree in special education from Simmons College.  Kathy is a former board member of THIA.

Kaylie leite

 Creative Arts & Music

Kaylie is an artist that has been creating since she could hold a pencil on her own. Graduating with a Bachelor’s in Illustration in 2018, she is currently serving as an educator at The Heart in Art, with a focus in the visual arts. Her roots in traditional art and tutoring guide her passion for bringing the arts to others, regardless of their ability or experience. Kaylie believes that creative pursuits are worth exploring, and works with her students to ensure that their initial ideas can become artistic realities.
